RayJ Dennis brings a powerful and rare blend of elite athletic performance, strategic business acumen, and entrepreneurial vision to his role. Born and raised between Plainfield and Oswego, Illinois, RayJ’s path through varsity high school basketball, Division I competition (Boise State, Toledo, and Baylor), and into the NBA—where he currently plays for the Indiana Pacers—has provided him with firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges that shape the sports industry.

At VIS10N, RayJ channels his experiences as an athlete into building a holdings platform dedicated to empowering sports businesses, athlete-led ventures, and high-growth opportunities at the intersection of performance and enterprise. With a mindset forged on the court and sharpened in boardrooms, he leads VIS10N with clarity, discipline, and an unwavering drive to convert vision into value.
